Shepherd’s Hope is a nonprofit located in Winter Garden, FL in Orange County in the greater Orlando area. The faith-based nonprofit provides free medical services to uninsured and underinsured Central Floridians at five area health centers. Founded in 1997, more than 237,000 free patient visits and medical services have been provided thanks to partnerships with hospitals, faith groups, facilities, corporations and community partners. In 2016, Shepherd’s Hope provided 17,128 patient visits and medical services to the uninsured and underinsured in our community, thanks to the dedication of 2,300 volunteers.
