The Sharing Center helps families in crisis with essential resources relieving the burdens of poverty and food insecurity. Volunteering with The Sharing Center offers meaningful ways for individuals and groups to contribute their time, talents, treasures, and resources to help neighbors in need. Volunteers are invited to serve in various roles in their thrift stores, distribution center, client services, corporate office, special events, food pantry, and homeless resource center, The Oasis. The organization welcomes volunteers to serve in many different ways across their organization giving you the opportunity to give back to your community and supporting your neighbors in need.

Volunteer Opportunity with Southeastern Food Bank
Description
Southeastern Food Bank has been “Feeding the hungry and caring for those in need by sharing life’s necessities and a message of hope”, for 29 years. Volunteers are welcome to come to the warehouse on Tuesdays from 9:30 AM to 12 PM to help sort and pack food boxes for the needy. Please be aware that masks are required and you should dress appropriately for working in the warehouse by wearing closed-toed shoes.

Volunteer Opportunity with Christian HELP
Description
Monday through Friday, Christian HELP and community members lend a hand to families in need through their multiple employment programs and extensive food pantry. Volunteers with a heart to help are always needed, and usually serve for 4 hours between the hours of 9 – 5, one day a week for a consistent schedule. However, there are flexible options for semi-monthly and monthly shifts.
Volunteers serve in a myriad of ways as, greeters, encouragers, admin. assistants, trainers for employment classes, event ambassadors, job fair assistants, and as various roles within our large food pantry operation.

Description
Make an impact in the lives of families who have loved ones with Autism or another special needs diagnosis. Abilities Workshop is seeking Volunteers and Interns to help with social media, grant writing, marketing/research, event planning, community outreach and so much more. Conductive Education Center of Orlando needs volunteers for the following:
- Weekly cleaning projects including the cafeteria, refrigerator, break room, dusting, windows, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Monthly fundraising events including setting up, breaking down, registration, and the silent auction.
