Haiti Health & Rehabilitation is a nonprofit located in Lake Mary, FL in Seminole County in the greater Orlando area.  The organization was created in 2010 in Florida and founded by Nurses. As healthcare professionals with experience in caring for patients, they know that all of us need each other to live healthy lives. Every person has a right to education, to healthcare and to a family. However, in Haiti, these rights only within reach for a selected few. Haiti Health & Rehabilitation aims to change this situation by providing community services that benefit the children, the women and the underprivileged individuals with disabilities in Haiti. The organization’s vision is to help guarantee the inclusion of persons with disabilities in every aspect of society, to analyze the impact of poverty and inequality on health, and to use these findings to educate people on all levels.
